Industrial Projects for radioisotope production and synthesis, complete SPECT production hot cells, SPECT dispensing/labeling, radiopharmaceutical chemistry
Dispensing line for dissolution, formulation and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals
Radioisotope production line designed for the synthesis of Y-90 and Lu-177
Production and dispensing hot cells with an internal high precision robotic dispenser
Industrial Projects for radioisotope production and synthesis, complete SPECT production hot cells, SPECT dispensing/labelling, terminal sterilization process projects and radiopharmaceutical chemistry.
Here are just a few of the custom projects we develop for radiopharmaceutical production plants, with full customisation. Read all about them in the catalogue.
A 99Mo dispensing, packaging and storage plant in Australia has two high-shielding hot cells where fractionation, calibration and preparation operations handle 99Mo bulk.
A99Tc generator production plant in Poland has a semi-automatic line for the production of 99mTc generators in GMP.
A plant in the United States of America for the production of 82Sr/82Rb generators with several interconnected shielded isolators.
A highly automated plant for radiopharmaceutical production line dispenses batches of 500 vials at a speed of 360 vials per hours was installed in the USA. It does automatic synthesis and purification of 123I Ioflupane by HPLC process.
Another example of our industrial projects is a 123I Ioflupane production and dispensing plant handles formulation and aseptic production in Germany, with an integrated robotic system to serve two dispensers. Another one is installed in France.
Other special radiopharma industrial projects for terminal sterilization processes include a 99Y and 177Lu semiautomatic production and dispensing plant in Poland, and 177Lu automatic production and dispensing plant in The Netherlands, South Africa, Australia and Germany.
As no two projects are identical, most of these industrial projects implement very specific customer requirements. That is why we design and study the exact needs in a joint project team. We strongly believe in this joint project approach to arrive at a system that fully satisfies our radiopharma customers.
