Cette ligne de cellules chaudes couvre le processus complet de la manipulation des cibles solides, y compris également la production et la distribution des produits radio-pharmaceutiques, selon les directives GMP actuelles.
Cellule chaude de production de SPECT pour la manipulation de cibles solides
Le système a été conçu et construit pour la manipulation de matériaux irradiés et est composé de sept cellules chaudes, dont certaines sont équipées de manipulateurs maître-esclave. Les cellules sont reliées entre elles par un système de transfert appelé « Convoyeur ». Le blindage varie de 75 à 150 mm de plomb et les chambres de travail des cellules de chimie sont en PVC. La configuration de la ligne comprend les cellules chaudes suivantes :
Cellule chaude de réception, où les cibles irradiées provenant du cyclotron sont livrées
Cellule chaude de récupération, utilisée pour stocker le matériel irradié
trois cellules chaudes de chimie (deux pour le Tl-201 et une pour le Ga-67), avec des caissons internes en PVC, utilisées pour la synthèse des produits radiopharmaceutiques
deux systèmes automatiques de distribution (un pour le Tl-201 et un pour le Ga-67), pour le calibrage, la distribution et le conditionnement des produits radiopharmaceutiques dans des pots de transport blindés : toutes les opérations de distribution sont effectuées par un bras robotisé. Les systèmes de distribution sont reliés aux cellules chaudes de production (chimie) par des lignes d’entrée de fluides radioactifs, tandis qu’un tunnel inférieur équipé d’un plateau (convoyeur) assure les transferts du matériel irradié entre les cellules chaudes de réception, de récupération et de chimie.
