L’isolateur de contrôle de qualité HPAPI est conçu pour effectuer un confinement élevé pour les produits et les opérations de granulométrie fine.
L’isolateur fonctionne à pression négative (-100 Pa pour les sas et -150Pa pour les chambres de travail) pour protéger l’opérateur : les chambres d’isolateur fonctionnent sous couverture d’azote.

Le système de l’isolateur est équipé d’un dispositif d’évacuation sanitaire et le WIP pour l’ensemble de l’isolateur est inclus.
La conception est conforme aux normes BPF (GMP) courantes et est conçue et fabriquée conformément aux normes pharmaceutiques de fabrication primaire et secondaire. Les surfaces intérieures sont construites avec des coins arrondis, ce qui permet d’obtenir des surfaces intérieures lisses et d’éviter les crevasses.
L’isolateur HPAPI de contrôle de la qualité est composé des modules suivants :
1 Sas de décontamination du matériel.
1 Chambre de traitement d’analyse humide avec balance analytique et unités de titrage.
