The Preparation Tank Isolator has conceived for Lab professionals who require aseptic conditions for sterility testing or manipulation of pharmaceutical sterile products.

The isolator is particularly suitable for reactor charging operations.

Highlights

  • Hinged front view panel with inflatable seal around perimeter of viewing panel complete with gas springs for ease of opening
  • Viewing panel mounted with 5° of inclination from vertical for better ergonomics
  • Handles with integrated safety switch
  • Oval glove flanges of 10” made of PP (Polypropylene) fixed to viewing panel complete with gloves for materials handling
  • Shelves in SS 316L for material storage (additional rods, hooks are available as option upon customer request)
  • VPHP sensor
  • Customized flange for connection to reactor
  • Drain sanitary tank bottom valve protected by cap with holes
  • Working plane sloped to drain valve
  • Predisposition connections for WFI, compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen, and other necessary utilities

The isolator is designed to take air from a Class C or Class D laboratory or from a HVAC system.

The Preparation Tank Isolator is composed of:

  • Main Chamber with glove ports
  • In&Out-Chamber (used to enter/exit to/from the Main Chamber)

The In&Out-Chamber can also be used as a rapid gassing port. An adjustable stool can be supplied with the isolator upon request.

Vapour Phase Hydrogen Peroxide (VPHP) generator and distribution circuit included.

Glove support systems to be used during the VPHP gas bio-decontamination process included.
